Wow! I didn't expect to see these types of reviews!! I've been a customer now for almost a yr. No problems except slow shipping. They do not take orders on the weekend. So every thing is done Mon. Thru Fri. Always recieved orders. I find their prices good!! So sorry to hear your bad experiences!
I will continue to do business with them as long as I'm not in a hurry.
My order order #531027 has been “preshipment” for well over a week. They made the tracking number but didn’t send it off. Customer service is no use they just send you a automated email and there’s no phone to talk to. Fix this perfect Vape! SEND MY PRODUCT!

Like the vales good price we bought in bulk and over half of them where dead called them and said I had 48 hours to test them all out that's crazy they said no vales or money back
Very surprised at some of the bad reviews. First, this is a retail company for disposables! If you have a problem with the device you contact the manufacturer not Perfect Vape. Sure, I've received maybe 2 or 3 "duds" out of almost 100 I have ordered, but we can't blame P.V. as they have no way of keeping track of battery life from the manufacturer. The only sure way to be 100% positive (and nothing is 100% positive) with disposables is to physically go into a vape shop, but even then you may hit a few times and great! Then the battery dies. My suggestion? PAY THE EXTRA FEE BUCKS FOR THE RECHARGEABLE DEVICES AND VIOLA....NO MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT DEVICES DYING WHILE STILL HOLDING JUICE. P.V. is by far the cheapest site with cheapest shipping. Stop giving bad reviews for issues beyond their control. (I only purchase disposables so I can't speak for juices)! Thanks Perfect Vape! You have always and continue to save me $$ while providing awesome vapes (I lean toward HYDE AND OCCASIONALLY SUPRIN AIR LIGHT UPS!
Seemed like a good company. First order was slow to ship, but arrived. Second order never came. Company phones don't work or they simply hang up on you. Emails say they will get back with you, but they never do. If you finally get hold of someone they are rude, arrogant and seemingly uneducated. They act like they're doing you a favor by losing your order, but taking your money.
I've been ordering vape products online for 15 years and can safely recommend this store.
Out of the hundreds of dollars of product I've ordered from PerfectVape (even with pandemic related delays), I've only run into one issue. After an email from me, the problem was quickly sorted.
The shipping takes about a week and is plainly stated on the front page... so it's up to YOU, the customer, to order accordingly. If you want fast, go to the gas station. If you want reliable, this company is trustworthy.

I always check multiple websites for the best price, and have found that PerfectVape is always the least expensive! Now I don't bother checking other sites, I automatically order from PerfectVape. There shipping is fast as well, always dependable, and if you ever need to return a product, it is easy peasy! Highly recommend this company!
Ordered 6 Hyde color edition plus disposables. One came half empty due to leaking out all in the pack then stopped working after half a day of use and would rarely hit on any adjusted airflow. Another one had a literal crack in the side of the vape up towards the pod and would profusely leaked if used. Another two died within a day of use with clearly milliliters of juice are still in the pod. Needless to say all my order were perfect up to this point, but this is garbage I’m done with this company. 0/4 on a damn disposable vape? I’m dreading opening seeing what issues the last two I have left have. Ridiculous. Do not order Hyde disposables from this company. I wish I could give this zero stars, but as that is not an option, so here you go perfect vape.

I’m only writing this review due to all of the bad reviews I’ve seen. I don’t know if they’re real or fake reviews but I ordered three Hyde pods and received all of them. Ordered Thursday and received on Tuesday. I’ll definitely be ordering again because including shipping I saved $24 compared to what I pay at my local shops. I’ll probably be ordering within the next week and I’ll post another review.
I'd ordered from PerfectVape several times without a problem. My last order (a ten pack of Loosie Stick disposables) had two defective disposables in it. Not charged. Should have been easy to get credit for the two or simply have them exchanged. Like any other retail outfit on the planet would do. Not this company. There's no toll-free number to call them, for starters, and when you email them you get a sort of robo-response that tells you to send them a video of yourself puffing on the dead e-cig. I have no idea how to do such a thing. But then they tell you you have no right to request a functioning product because you didn't put in a claim within 48 hours of receiving the defective product. Don't forget I'd ordered a ten pack. Actually I'd ordered 12, to qualify for the free shipping. So I was expected to smoke all 12 (the equivalent of 12 packs of cigarettes!) in 48 hours.
It's not their fault that the two e-cigs weren't charged. But not making it right is their fault. Be warned.
Yes something has happened to them. If used them for a long time. But this last order it's been 3 weeks and they never sent anything. Too bad because they were good. like other said they don't answer back. it's so odd. they must have shut down or something
Edit: they just ran out of nic salts so they refunded my money. I'm giving them four stars because they actually use some of the best flavor and the price is right. you won't find better ejuice anywhere. The reason they never responded for two weeks because that's how many people they had to email and refund because of it. this company sells so much I'm sure they had thousands of orders to handle . this ejuice is amazing
